What is Mend?

Mend App (MEND) will catapult the Real Estate property management market into the new high-tech age with its all-in-one app that supports property managers, tenants, maintenance vendors, and property owners. AI-assisted features to allow Mend App to not only support key players but also enable smart features like weather and time-related seasonal repair recommendations to help keep property maintenance levels in peak shape.

The app is simple and works on the tenant end first by allowing property tenants to submit a request. The request allows the tenant to input several options and specify the problem needing maintenance including the specialty, home area, a spot to insert a full description of the problem, and even a photo. The property manager or landlord will receive the request in their own app. They can view the address, the problem, and the photo then are provided with a list of available vendors that can complete the maintenance.

On the vendor end, they receive the forwarded request from the property manager and are given the ability to either pass on the job or accept and set a date and time for repairs.

This simplifies the maintenance requirements of all rental properties, eliminates the need for miscommunication, lost requests, and fielding of needs by unnecessary intermediaries.

In addition to repair requests, AI-enabled smart features allow repair and maintenance need to be taken care of before a problem develops.
